The laminated glass panels used in the pool of the “Cape Bodrum Beach Resort Hotel” in Bodrum were replaced with acrylic panels in 2021. Due to the high risk posed by the assembly method of the glass panels exposed to plastic deformation and the reactions of the material under hydrostatic loads, it is recommended to use acrylic panels in pools. All the glass panels were removed by us, and a total of 3 acrylic panels, 2 with dimensions of 5930mm x 1500mm and 1 with dimensions of 2310mm x 1500mm, were installed by the acrylic pool expert teams on a turnkey basis.
